What happens after I order?
Once your order is confirmed, we send you an email. Your set is cast in our atelier, left to rest, polished by hand and signed. When it ships, tracking details are sent to you by email.
Are any two sets identical?
No. Because the sets are cast by hand, color transitions, texture and edge form vary slightly from set to set. These differences are the mark of your set being one of a kind.
Can I display the set on the wall?
Yes. The display kit included with every set lets you fix the pieces to the board in their starting position and hang the set on the wall like a work of art. The installation steps are in the guide in the box.
How does the lifetime warranty work?
Every set carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. To activate it, simply enter the code on the warranty card in the box on the Warranty Registration page. Details of the coverage are on our Lifetime Warranty page.
